Big Window Trifold

All your wonderful color suggestion made me grab some of my old favorites. When I started stamping, the Earth Elements and Rich Regals were my comfort zone! I made another trifold. This time I cut a bigger window in the center panel of the card.

I started out with a piece of 6 1/4″ x 9 1/2″ piece of cardstock. I scored it at 3″ and 6″. The inside of the card is stamped with Linen background and Flowers from Polka Dots & Petals. The main image is stamped with flowers both from Polka Dots & Petals as well as Polka Dots & Paisley.

I got the idea of the flower bouquet from the wonderful Debbie Olson. She is an amazing stamper who continuously amazes me with her artwork. The faux stitch stems I saw first on one of Sharon Harnist’s cards. She is another wonderful artist! You can find both of their mind boggling blogs on my blog roll to the right.

I still had the matching jumbo wheel with the white cartridge out from my project yesterday so I decided to use it on Kraft cardstock.

I used Always Artichoke, So Saffron, Rose Red, Regal Rose, Cool Caribbean and Chocolate chip Markers and Classic ink on this card.

After running the kids to the dentist and starting to get a sore throat, this was the perfect pick me upper!!!  Thanks again Debbie!

You can find her blog on my blog roll. Go and check it out!

Debbie used a 6 1/4″ x 9 1/4″ piece of Taken with Teal cardstock folded in half as her card base. She used both Polka Dot sets to make this card. Thanks again!!!!
