It’s time for more Candy
I can’t believe it, but it’s already time for candy again! I am excited and flattered how much you like my blog! You are turning me into a stamping machine, since I am trying to put a new card up every day. LOL
You all know I like to share. Last week I teased you with a picture of my new Prima flowers. Today I put some of each of my little assortments in the blog candy! Here is what the lucky winner will get:
- Prima flower assortment from Flower of the Month January - March, Flower of the Month July - September, Flower of the Month October - December, Wild Flowers, Caribbean Collection Jamaica flowers
- Various ribbon from May Arts
- Copper Brads from Stampin’ Up!
- Heart shaped paper clips
- a few cuttlebug embossed cardstock pieces
- Punch outs from my Marvy Scallop Punches
I am hoping I will hit 30,000 visits today, so you can only enter the drawing today until midnight Central time. Please post a comment answering following question:
What is your favorite SU color?
I can’t be tied down to one, so I give you my top five as of right now in no particular order:
Cool Caribbean - Certainly Celery - Pixie Pink - Chocolate chip - Regal Rose
Only one post per person please! I will announce the winner tomorrow afternoon. I have a stamp camp tomorrow morning! Good Luck! Thanks again for stopping by so often! I really appreciate it.
Hugs and smiles

Favorite color is hard to nail down, but I’ve been really into Cool Caribbean lately as anyone visiting my blog can see. Other favs include Regal Rose, Certainly Celery and Always Artichoke. I have to admit, I still miss the Magenta color that retired a while back…maybe a 2007-2008 In Color??? I can only hope!

What gorgeous candy! That ribbon is beautiful! I don’t have many SU inks, but of the ones I have my favorite is Summer Sun. It’s such a warm shade of yellow and there aren’t too many good yellows in the ink world.

I am not surprised that so many people look at your blog……..I for one just love it. I keep checking for a tutorial on the coaster mini album. I did see it once on your old blog. You put so much detail into your instructions. Great for those of us that think in reverse at times. LOL
My favorite Stampin’Up color has to be Cranberry Crisp……I hate to see it end at the end of June. I still puzzle over the sense in this. Perhaps I will start a “peeve of the week” on my blog. It is time I put something on it.

Boy, I am glad we can list more than one color. One of my favorites that I find myself using is Mellow Moss, then I woul add Cranverry Crisp, Kraft, Bordering Blue, Celery (probably, #1) and I like the fall colors quite a bit, especially for men. Congratulations on your presentation in the magazine. I am going to go buy it today! It is fun to be here. Mo Moss

*snort* Like I need to tell you! Well, beyond THAT color, I’d say it’s True Thyme. I love the subtlety of it. Cranberry Crisp is a close second. You know what would be fun is to ask which color out of each group we like. But that would require an awful lot of thinking, wouldn’t it?
Posted by: Kim | March 9th, 2007 09:03
Pretty in Pink, Certain Celery, Tempting Turquoise and combine with Chocolate Chip…. Yum!
30,000 wooo hooo! Congratulations!

Hi,
I have admired your work for years now! I just found yout blog about 2 weeks ago and can’t keep my mind off of it. I also love you splitcoast post. Ok for the question you asked about to start with. How in the world can anyone choose one color. They are all so great!!! Maybe one color family…. Nope! Su paper is the best. My favorite color depends on my mood for the day. It also depends on how I’m mailing the card to. If I was on an island and could choose only one SU color to have it would have to be COOL CARIBBEAN.
Have a great day,
Christina V.

Hi Beate,
I see that you’re way over 30,000 now - no wonder, your blog is wonderful! Now, for my favorite color…. If I had to choose just one, I think it would have to be Cool Caribbean. I swear, I will cry for days when it goes away (I keep emailing SU, begging them to make an exception and keep it!)
Thanks for all the inspiration and knowledge you provide,
Terri

I am going to be boring and say that my favorite color is Chocolate Chip. Yes it is a boring brown but where would we be without this luxe dark silky brown? It is the perfect color for layering and adding depth to cards.
Thanks for your wonderful blog,
