Weekend Sketch Challenge #8

Well….my work emails were down to 70 last night at 10 p.m. I worked all day. This morning the number was back up to 90. I hope to get done today. I haven’t made a sample for this sketch challenge yet, but I will! As soon as I can. I just thought I post it in the morning, so some of you might get to play already.

I found this layout in May’s Creative Keepsakes magazine. I think it was on page 31. I thought it would be perfect for a card. Shortly after I made my sketch, I even saw a card made with this layout on SCS. I can’t remember who made it though.

This week’s challenge will run until Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. CST. The winner will receive some retired SU triangle eyelets.

 To enter the drawing, post a card made with this sketch somewhere online: SCS, your blog, another site…. Then post a link to your card as a comment to this post.

Hi! Oh my gosh, your blog takes forever to download for me these days! So much stuff! Has anyone else said the same thing, or is it only me (I’ve got DSL too, so it’s not the computer). I think it’s that you’ve got SO much stuff on here and SO many fans, it’s slowing things down. Or, maybe it’s just my computer isn’t liking it. Anyways, I’m SO GLAD YOU’RE BACK! We all missed you terribly! I like this sketch, so I think I’m gonna have to give it a try!

Here’s my entry- great sketch! It was fun! I’m passing this card on to both my upline and downline who have birthdays this month (I made two), so kept it to all Stampin’ Up! products so they can use it for display.
It’s entry #33. Now I can go and look at what everyone else has done, I find that if I look first I get too distracted by the gorgeous work!
