Weekend Sketch Challenge #20

Here is the sketch for this weekend’s challenge.  I saw a gorgeous card made with this layout at Deb’s blog. I thought it would be a great sketch for us to try out!

Thanks for the inspiration Deb!

This time the prize is a one sheet each of the retired Litte Reminder sticker sheets, as well as one 6″ x 6″ sheet of each of the matching Notations designer paper .To participate in the challenge, make a card with this layout and upload it either to your blog, or to an online gallery.

 If you upload your card on SCS, put WSC20  (NO SPACE INBETWEEN WSC AND 20)in the keyword section. That way we can look at all of them at once!

Post a link to your card to THIS blog entry as a comment. Please add your entry# to it.

I will determine the winner of the clear stamps with Random.org on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m.

Hi Beate! Thanks for the awesome sketch! I was just looking over the entry numbers and it looks like the numbers are one off starting at number 4 (which is marked 3) so the one above me says 6 but should say 7 (hope that makes sense) so this is

Ok, I made this for the sketch and then realized I mis-layered the image…..OOOOOOOOOOOOOPS! So if you take it as a big stretch I’ll throw this into the mix. If you need to delete it then I totally understand and I’ll make a proper card soon!

Better late than never! I did another Halloween card this week — I think I am addicted to Halloween this year! Anyway, I picked up a couple stamps at the Michael’s dollar bin (I am such a sucker for that!) and wanted to try them out. One of them is on this card. (The PP is also from the $1 bin at Target — see, I told you I was a sucker for the $1 bins!!) Anyway, here is the link to my card:

http://www.webfoootfollies.com/blog This is my very first attempt at entering a challenge. I used what I had. I even recycled the front image from my postage stamps for the bell image. The word forever seemed to fit the mood of the card. I tried to fix a brass charm to the ribbon but when it would not stick I decided to use brads.
