Featured Stamper: Anna Wight

I was excited to see Anna Wight, aka. SweetMissDaisy as our featured stamper on SCS yesterday! Anna’s style is amazing. Her coloring is phenomenal and her doodles out of this world.

I decided to case the layout of this card combined with the image of this card.

I stamped the Apply bucket from Give Thanks in Black Stazon on  a 2 1/2″ x 2 3/4″ Watercolor paper and colored it in with Classic inks and Aqua painter.

I doodled a border with my Micron pen, distressed the edges with the Cutter kit and layered it on distressed pieces of Basic Black and Close to Cocoa. Each was 1/4″ bigger then the last layer.

The card base is a piece of 5 1/4″ x 10 1/2″ Confetti White cardstock folded in half, followed by a 5″ square layer of Close to Cocoa cardstock. The next layer is a 4 3/4″ square of Basic Black cardstock. The corners were punched with the ticket corner punch.

The designer paper is a 4 1/2″ square of the big My Mind’s Eye paper pack Cosco sold in the spring. The corners were also punched with the ticket corner punch and a border was doodled with the Micron pen.

I wrapped two beautiful May Arts ribbon around the cardstock, stamped Thanks from Stem Silhouettes under the image and added three black brads that were punched through 1/4″ black circles on the right hand side.
