Weekend Sketch Challenge and daily blogging
I have decided to take a short break from sketch challenges and blogging until the beginning of the New Year.
I am very thankful for you all coming to my blog and participating in the challenges. I really appreciate that.I have been working hard for the last few weeks and haven’t spent as much time with my family as I should have. We only have four weeks left before my husband has to leave us for a whole year. These next four weeks I will focus on my family.I am not sure how often I will stamp or blog. I will do what I can.I will continue the blog challenges first thing in 2008. I hope you will join me again then.Hugs and smiles

You take care of yourself and your family! Enjoy the time you have together. I’ll miss seeing you but family is very important and I’m finding myself needing to do that same thing these days. With not knowing what is going on with Chloe’s heart, my head just isn’t into stamping. My focus needs to be her! Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving and enjoy your family time!

You are such a giving person, sharing all of your wonderful ideas. I know I really appreciate all you do to inspire us.

I will miss the sketches as I always enjoy them and refer to them often. However, FAMILY COMES FIRST!!!! Enjoy the time you have together creating memories, having fun, being silly, and enjoying each other’s company. Make sure you and hubby get lots of date nights and even an overnight or weekend away. He sounds like a wonderful man. We’ll be ready and waiting for you when you are able to post again
Blessings to you and please thank your hubby for what he does for the US — being Canadian doesn’t change my appreciation for those who serve! Blessings to you and your family!!

Thank you for all your hard work! I can’t imagine how much time and effort actually goes into blogging but I can imagine that it is high time you put your family first if you haven’t been doing so already. Most especially if you will be apart for a year. Enjoy your time off….it is well deserved. I will miss visiting your blog on a daily basis. You offer up so much inspiration and talent. You’ll be missed!

Beate,
Thanks for all you do! Of course you should spend all the time you can with your family. A year is a long time to be apart and you need to squeeze a lot into this month.
Give your husband a big hug and thank him for being in the military and protecting our country. We all appreciate the sacrifices you all make for us.

You are so right to take a break. I hope you’ll make the most of this time with your family, especially with the holidays around the corner. It must be so hard to have a member of the family leaving for a year!

Best of luck you you and your family over the year. My husband was gone for a year and a half and we have three children. As hard as it is, you’ll get through it. Even though it doesn’t sound possible, the time will fly by. So from the wife of a soldier, tell your husband thank you for all he does. And to you and your children, thank you for supporting him while he serves. Cherish every moment you have with him now…it’ll get you through the next year.
