Soft Sky pretty
Here is my sample for today’s sketch challenge. I had a bad migraene yesterday. It just didn’t want to go away, even with my pills. This morning I woke up with it again, but thank goodness, the pills are working now. So this card is made fairly quickly. Designing a card in 30 minutes is fast for me.
The card base is a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ piece of Soft Sky cardstock.
The 4 1/4″ x 4 1/2″ piec of designer paper is from the new Tea Time paper pack. I adore that paper!!!
I sanded the edges and paper pierced the top edge. Underneath that top layer I added a small scalloped strip of Shimmery White cardstock.
For the main image I stamped the birthday girl from She’s all That in Chocolate chip craft ink on a 2 1/4″ x 3 1/4″ piece of Shimmery White Cardstock and embossed her with clear embossing powder.
I layered the main image on a 1/4″ bigger piece of Chocolate Chip cardstock. and paper pierced the right hand corners.
Next I added three flowers with clear rhinestone brads from the Pretties kit around the image and adhered the Designer paper to the card base with dimensionals.
Last I tied Chocolate Chip Satin ribbon over the bottom edge of the designer paper.
