Wild Pomegranates

That was the name of the Color challenge last week.  This was a nice and easy color combo for a change. We were to use

Wild Wasabi, Purely Pomegranate and So Saffron.

Since I was still very much on my Pun Fun trip, I used it again.

I started with stamping the little sheep in Black Stazon on  a 2″ square of watercolor paper.

I colored it in with So Saffron, Wild Wasabi and Purely Pomegranate and Aqua Painter and sponged the edges with Saffron.

The image was layered on a 3/16″ bigger piece of Basic black and a 2 3/8″ Wild Wasabi Square. Those layered were adhered with dimensionals to sponged 2 7/8″ square of Purely Pomegranate. I added a black dotted border with my black glaze pen.

The card base is a 4 1/4″ x 8 1/2″ piece of Basic Black cardstock. I layered a 3 3/4″ square of So Saffron Prints Designer Paper on a 4″ square of Wild Wasabi, paper pierced the edges and added 1/2″ Wild Wasabi half circles to the top left and bottom right. Those were topped with 1/2″ black circles and So Saffron brads. The top circle layer has a piece of Sherbert Ribbon Origionals underneath the Wild Wasabi layer.
