It is time again.
In fact it is long overdue.
My 1,500,000 came and went sometime during either right before Easter or while Rick was here.
I can’t believe it’s already time to celebrate 1,600,000 hits. Thank you to all of you coming to my blog. I really appreciate it your interest, concerns, thoughts and prayers for me, my work and my family.
This time it’s all about AMuse. I will raffle away an assortment of Note cards, paper strips and five farm stamps from AMuse.
Silke Ledlow recently had a blog candy and asked for favorite color combinations. She is now using them in her blog posts. I think I want to case her idea.

I love chocolate chip! and I love the Cameo Coral as part of that Earth Elements combination. I also really love taken with teal, I have used tempting turquoise but find the taken with teal a bit more bolder and in the same colour family as the earth elements.

I don’t have anything that I would call a favourite. Depends on what I am doing, and what mood I’m in. So hope it’s ok to mention a few that I like. I love the cool, clean look of blue and white together. Also minty green and lilac, I like a combination of all the bright pastels together – peach, blue, pink, yellow, lilac. Don’t have any SU colours. I’ve surprised myself recently by using a lot of pink (never my colour) and brown (school uniform, took a long time to get over that, LOL) and cream. So though I’d never have said they were my favourite combination, I must like them or I wouldn’t be using them!

Well, my all time favourite combination is blue and white.
However I really, really like the combination of Real Red and Bashful Blue, with maybe a little white thrown in.
Oh, and Gable Green and Pretty in Pink with a little white thrown in is very appealing to me too.

I still love the YoYo Yellow and Basic Grey cards I saw on SCS a while back. Made me buy the BG, but I have had time to use it. What do I use most often in cards I actually make? Greens: Celery, Artichoke or Old Olive and Sand. Love Apricot and Ballet Blue too, although I try to tone it down with more subtle accents (I’m not usually one for the bright colors!)

I would say that my favs would be any green, except wasabi, with most any of the soft subtles. At least for the spring time. In the fall, that it another story. I couldn’t tell you what number I am (they are all jumbled ahead of me!), but my favourite colour combo right now is between two: whisper white, soft sky and basic gray (Emily used my suggestion in the colour challenge a few weeks ago), and then the second one is ruby red, chocolate chip, river rock and vanilla…

OH, I’m pretty simple I mostly do Chocolate chip, white, and then my accent color…pink, old olive, or turq. If i have to change it up I do black, white, and my color! For Christmas though I loved Chocolate Chip and Real Red!

NUMBER 400! I created a card the other day using Sahara Sand, Chocolate Chip, and Bordering Blue. I was shocked at how much I actually liked it. I didn’t think the Chocolate Chip with work with Sand, but much to my surprise, it did.
