Habe gerade Deinen letzten Eintrag gelesen. Schade dass Du so lange Pause machst, kann das aber vollkommen verstehen. Man braucht ab und zu einfach etwas Luft.
Ja, habe auch Deine Info gelesen. Mein Lebenslauf hoert sich aehnlich an. Bin seit 24 Jahren in den USA, stamme aus einem kleinen Dorf in Norddeutschland, und mein Mann war in der Army. So habe auch ich verschiedene Hobbies wie Stricken und Sticken in verschiedenen Staaten gehabt und seit ca. 15 mit Rubberstamping am Gange. Ebenfalls 3 Kinder gross gezogen, der Juenhgste ist nun 15.
OOps, dies wird laenger als geplant. Wollte Dir nur sagen, dass ich fast taeglich auf Deine Seite schaue und Du hast mich total inspiriert aus meiner Stempelpause von 2 Jahren heraus zu kommen und nun nehme ich mir wieder Zeit fuer dieses Hobby!!!
Also DANKE dafuer.
Hope all is well with you and your family, take care and enjoy time with the kids. They grow so fast and from the few pics I saw, you really have a great family!!!!

A change of pace is always good for the body and soul. Since I teach school I find that summer time is my renewal period. During the school year I’m just too busy to make and create projects. I look forward to the change that summer brings.

Beate, I’ve been scrolling through your unbelievable blog and had no idea about what happened on SC lately. I truly admire you and your gift — a very unselfish gift of sharing your incredible talent with others. I know how much time it takes and the energy you put into your challenges, tutorials, blogs and everything you do, along with a husband in the service and little ones at home. I’m glad you are taking a break, because sometimes we get burned out and do need to re-energize! In the past year, I too have made many changes and given up some things to focus on those which are important to me. I know it has really helped me! I’m glad you are doing the same!!
