Stippled Pacific Silhouette
I really like today’s Inspiration Image. I wrote down circles for shapes and the following colors: Baja Breeze, Pacific Point, Kiwi Kiss and White.
I started by stamping the image from Pocket Silhouette with Versamark on Whisper White cardstock and embossing it with clear embossing powder.
Next I stippled first Baja Breeze, then Pacific Point classic ink over the image.
It was punched out with the 1 3/4″ circle punch and the edges of the circle were sponged with Pacific point.
The white scallop was punched with Circle Nestabilities out of Whisper White cardstock . I tried using the new Big Shots scallop dies, but none seem to fit right for the 1 3/4″ circle.
The card base is a 4 1/4″ x 8 1/2″ piece of Pacific Point cardstock.
The next layer is a 3 7/8″ x 4″ piece of Whisper White cardstock followed by a 3 3/4″ Kiwi Kiss square. The bottom of the Kiwi Kiss cardstock was punched with the Scallop Edge punch. The top part was stamped with another stamp from Pocket Sihouette. The edges of the cardstock were sponged. The top edges were paper pierced. I also added one paper pierced hole in each scallop.
The designer paper strip measures 2″ x 3 3/4″ and is from the Holiday Mini catalog paper pack called Ski Slope.
The edges were distressed. Again there was some paper piercing.
Pacific Point ribbon was tied around the top of the designer paper layer. The image layer were attached with dimensionals.
The sentiment is from Pocket Silhouette as well. I stamped it in Pacific Point classic ink. It was punched out with small oval punch, sponged around the edges and flowers were stamped over it in (once stamped off) Kiwi Kiss. It was adhered to the lower left side of the designer paper strip. I paper pierced a row underneath the sentiment and added a small Filigree brad underneath it. A small Ice Circle Rhinestone brad was added in the Filigree center.
Sorry, when not sure what layout, I usually fall back to this one. It works so well with circle center pieces. Did I mention how much I LOVE the new in colors and Silhouette stamps! SU really did a wonderful job with this catalog! I love it!
Have a wonderful day! Hugs and smiles

Beate, your card is so beautiful. Thanks for sharing all the details on your card. I was wondering about the new scallop circles what size circles they would fit. I know it takes time putting together such an in depth recipe, THANK YOU!
