Here is my attempt at your sketch.

I was very liberal with the sketch as usual! The quarter round and circle inspired the season of thanks and I flipped the rectangle and used the long greeting from the same set. Hope you like it!

The background is done with my cuttlebug and wax paper - tutorial on my blog post.
