I don’t know if you ever went to my Copic page and checked out the cubbies I store my Copic Markers in. I LOVE those cubbies. Each cubbie compartment bottom is slanted and can hold 12 Various Ink Refills or about 30 Sketch Markers. Each cubbie has five compartments. I was sad when the site closed and I couldn’t get anymore cubbies (yes, 7 are not enough…I need a few more).
Well….good news for me and anyone still looking for the perfect marker storage solution. They are BACK! You can order again. And I am super happy to tell you that one lucky reader of mine will be able to WIN two of these cubbies (7 are featured here). How cool is that? What a great storage idea! My pens are in a little holder in my rolling scrapbook bag – not really practical for everyday use but these cubbies would be great. I’d probably buy more markers with this kind of storage. 🙂

I store my copics in jelly jars. Not very functional and takes up a lot of space but I’m working with what I have.

I cut up rain gutters into 4 inch lengths and stack them in pretty box. It works great…but this is so, sooooo much better!! LOVE IT! , WANT IT! Thank you Beate!! 🙂
Happy Day!! I have been looking for something like this. Right now my markers are in a rectangle container (with straight edges) and sorted by using toilet paper rolls – not ideal, but it works (until I get my cubbies that is!!).

What great storage! Right now I have my alcohol markers in a storage box in a makeshift organizing system. My other things like pencils and other pens etc. are in various containers and cups.

I totally LOVE these! When you first posted them, I was so excited until, I got to the part in the post that said they were no longer available 🙂 I ended up constructing some from foam board but I’m not in love with them. I store my markers a few different ways, my Close To My Heart markers I store in their ink and marker tower! My other markers I have in a Pampered Chef turn about. I just started getting Copics (which I am totally in love with) I have in a cute pail….I have wanted to get some of these Color Cubbies and looked awhile ago and could not find them?? Oh my gosh, finally! I’ve seen these being used on blogs, but haven’t been able to find them. I have used my Snapware containers and a Pampered Chef utensil lazy susan type thingy to hold my Copics. Right now I have mine in faux leather storage boxes from Lowes with sock dividers in each box, but it needs more tilt to it. This looks right up my ally.

Wow! These are fantastic! I made my own little storage unit out of 5.5″ pieces of vinyl rain gutter that my hubby cut in sections. I hot-glued them together (two wide and seven high so they wouldn’t take up a lot of room on the counter to in my craft room) and then hot-glued the stack to some foam board. Hey, it works! I would absolutely love some “real” storage bins! LOL Thanks so much for the chance to win!

Awesome cubbies Beate, what a great way to store your markers and the refills.. I store my markers in “Copic 72 Slot Sketch Marker Storage Cases” I bought at Joanns.com. I store them on their sides and I have 5 stacked up to save space. They are a bit of a pain because they fall out easily. My refills are kept in a drawer. Love that these fit the refills and make them just as handy to get to….I also love that these are slanted so when I pull one out, the rest stay in… What a great concept, lol…. I too was bummed when I saw these a while back and realized you could no longer order them. I store my markers in these plastic cubes that have inserts that make an x in each cube. They were great when I first started collecting Copics. Who knew I would try to collect them all! I still have not succeeded in that area, but I am trying. I am growing out of these cubes and right now my refills are in a box. I have to triple check every time I want need to purchase a refill such that I don’t already have it. I would love to win, but if not, I am just gonna have to purchase some. 🙂

I currently don’t own any copic but toy with the idea of getting a few of the colors I use most often to see how I like them. I have several other brands of markers and I store them in towers and carrying totes mostly. They are pretty much all over the place. Absolutely love the cubbies. I store pens and markers in containers I bought when a store went out of business. The containers you own hold more Copics in each cubby hole which is nice.

So, I kept seaching and ended up with these x box containers from a office supply store. Still undecided about this storage system. Really like those cubbies.
I love cubbies, too! I have three and discovered that it wasn’t enough – so just like you – I was very, very sad that I couldn’t get them anymore. These are fantastic! I store my copic in a wooden box that I bought at michaels. I broke up the box into comparments by adding wood strips. These gorgeous cubbies would look so much better!

I have never even heard of these storage cubbies for Copics and I think that they are great! I’m slowly increasing my Copic supply, so right now I have them stored in a shallow wide mouth planter, which works fine for the amount that I presently own but I don’t think that I have room for even one more marker. These cubbies are awesome! I have tried many different methods of storage. Cups in wine bottle holders, cardboard holders for sixpacks (which I still use for some of my tools), storage cubes with the “X” insert (that’s what I mainly use now), small metal pails (use these for my colored pencils and some of my markers). It would be nice to have a uniform type of organization. Thanks for the chance to win!

Will this is so Kind of you to offer…. I’ve been looking for the perfect pen holders for a long time and can’t find any I really liked… so I took old Green Been cans covered them with colored papers and hot glued them together… not bad for little cost.. but just not deep enough really…. but I though untill I find what I really wanted these would do….

I currently store my markers in an old wooden CD stand holder. I turned the holder on its side and slide blank CD cases in to form shelves. It works very well and all the markers are organized. It was a great way to recycle something from the basement. As I have all the Copic markers, I need something to house all the new colours that keep coming out. Thanks for the chance to win this. Those cubbies look fantastic! I currently store my copics in the hard clear plastic cases of 36 that they came in, but I hate it! I want something different and this fits the bill totally!! I keep my other markers in a white plastic shoe box type bin…all thrown in there together in a jumble. It’s not pretty, but it works.

Unfortunately, I store my Stampin’ Up markers, all my colored pencils and crayons in small plastic containers so they lay flat, so you can imagine how hard it is to find the color you want. My hubby just remodeled my stamp room and I’ve bee looking for something for my markers and pencils and do believe these would be perfect. You can imagine how disappointed I was when I learned that these perfect cubbies had been discontinued a while back. I found several other alternatives but was never quite certain enough to commit. I finally settled on small tins from IKEA until I could figure out what I wanted. I’m so glad I waited!! I would love a chance to win these beauties! Thank you!

Oh I am so envious of you with all of those Copics! It’s no wonder all of your coloring is so beautiful! I keep adding to my collection one at a time. The cubbies are great – they would fit perfectly with all of my white bookshelves, etc. in my work area! :<) I keep my markers in a turntable on my desk – divided by color. My Copics I keep in a separate cup. Wishing you a wonderful day!

Never saw these before, but they are an amazing solution for Copic storage. Currently I use a series of sectioned baskets (like you would use for silverware), but it’s not working out so well. Thanks Beate!

I store my copics in large CD case that my hubby created slots out of wood for individual color families.

Oh, lots of commenters, so minimal chance of winning, but…if you don’t enter, you can’t win, right? LOL Anyway, I store mine in the clear hard plastic cases they make for Copics, but it’s so difficult to get the lid on them and unless I put something around the case to bind the lid on, the lid easily falls off. Needless to say, I don’t travel with them for this reason. I’ve considered the soft zipper cases, but they just haven’t made their way to the top of my purchase list….love the cubbies since you can easily color sort your markers and you can SEE them.
These look awesome! I’m using the clear plastic cases from Copic, but they aren’t doing it for me. 🙁 These seem like a perfect compromise between size & function!
Hi Beate, Love this storage option. I store my Copics in a Faux Copic Bag I got from the Christmas Tree Shop. As far as my Memento markers go I just have them in a drawer in my cart. That would be a better & conveint solution. Thank you for a chance to win it. Hugs Traci ;0)

Blog candy – yeah! I do not have any markers (well alcohol that is) but I do have colored pencils, and I definitely would love this storage cubby on my desk, as at the moment they are stored in their tins on a shelf, far out of my handy reach!

I have been looking for a solution to storing my Copics, drawing pencils, pastel pencils, brushes, etc. I think you may have found my solution! (right now, I’m ashamed to say, everything is just scattered willy nilly everywhere!!)

What a great way to store your markers. I store mine in shoe boxes I have covered in Contact paper and in photo boxes I buy every now and again for my supplies.

I store my copic in a snapware container. They are about 9 to 10 long & come in a set of 3, with a lid.

How very generous! I am just getting into using ‘good’ markers and they are currently stored by color family in Crystal Light containers with a magnet holding them vertically to my wall. When I am on the go, they all fit in a tote while still in their containers.

Those are awesome! Currently I have markers everywhere depending on type and brand. Some are in pencil boxes, my SU markers are in their original case and my copics are in their plastic cases in a drawer. My pens are stored in a Copic case, the Spicas are in the plastic holder they arrived in, and the rest of my pens are standing up in mugs I find a garage sales. These are really awesome. I love that they’re angled and they’re vertical storage, to keep my desktop clear.
Right now, mine are stored in little metal buckets that hang from hooks on the bottom of a shelf – it looks nice and neat until I accidentally tip one while looking for the right color marker. Then it’s just another mess to pick up.

Hi Beate, I store mine in a bag I recreated. So they stand up. I know that is suppose to be OK but sometimes the end that is up seems dry. Your storage looks wonderful. I am going to check it out. I would love to win two to get me started. I will need more than that I thinks.

LOVE these for the amount they can hold! I think I NEED them, and don’t just WANT them! 😀 Right now, I store mine in acryllic holders with the individual base… cumbersome at best because some fall out when you pull one out…Thanks for the info!

I have been storing my coloring mediums in various ways. Baskets, plastic boxes, a carousel utensil holder from Pampered Chef even. I then bought the plastic containers that have dividers for each marker to stand upright…which drives me crazy trying to make sure I get it back in an empty slot. I just purchased 3 of these cubbies!!!!! Cannot wait til they arrive!!! Thank you!!! And I am hoping I’ll have 4 after this post…lol!

Oh bad me. I forgot to tell you how I store my pencils and pens. I don’t really have a good system. I have my pencils and pens in different containers because it is the best I have been able to do. This system is really nice and would be appreciated.
Those look awesome! I have been slowly accumulating my Copics & have been re-purposing Crystal Light containers so that I can sort by color (which makes me happy). I now have 10 containers nearly full, so ….maybe time to rethink my storage.
Mine are stored in 1 lb coffee cans which I have docorated.
I’m thrilled these are back! Mine are mostly Ciaos I bought in sets so they still live in their original cases. My few Sketch markers are in a little tin bucket. I can’t wait to have one system for all of them!

I love those cubbies. I store my copies in a plastic card holder. It sits on its side and every time I have to pull the container out,I pray that all my copics and other markers don’t come crashing down onto the carpet. I love my Copics and would love a better storage system for when I am taking them on a scrap retreat. Thanks for the chance to win the Cubbies. I have looked for these! I use my copic markers primarily for cards. I do many, many cards. Some for sharing with my family (they love to give them to their friends) for my own use and for charity. These are perfect for storage and I am crossing my fingers you select me!

I store my Copics in a plastic bin with a handle so I can carry it with me. I have problems with storage of my refills so these bins would be perfect for them since I don’t tend to take the refills with me. I just color in several different spots in my house and take them when I go places.
