I am sure you have noticed already that I am not using much Stampin’ Up! products anymore. I decided not to sign the new IDA and today is the first day that I am officially not a demonstrator anymore. I didn’t think I would ever quit being a demonstrator, but I didn’t feel right to only share part of my work here on my blog. I was a demonstrator for seven years and enjoyed every minute of it. I met so many great people and made many friends through Stampin’ Up! I was sad at first to leave Stampin’ Up!, but I am having fun now exploring all the other products out there.

I will be selling a LOT of my Stampin’ Up! products. Please check my for Sale section on the left.

 I hope you will still visit my blog even though I am sharing projects made with non Stampin’ Up! products now. I will focus creating with products from stamp companies who support Splitcoaststampers, either by advertising or being member companies. That is the main reason that I decided to sell my Stampin’ Up! products.

I am so sorry. I completely forgot to pick a winner for the last weekend sketch challenge.

Nikki Schmaltz contacted me and asked me if I could help draw attention to her donation/blog candy. I told her I would be more then happy to as long as she writes it. I am horrible with writing up big posts. So here is her post:

Hi!  My name is Nikki Schmaltz.   I am currently holding a Blog Candy for a Cause event on my blog.  I am celebrating my first year of blogging with some blog candy, but I am also trying to help someone in need of a little good in her life.  Priscilla is a special person I “met” through stamping.  She was recently diagnosed with cancer and then lost her job and health insurance.  My goal is to raise ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS to go towards her medical bills.  I am asking for individuals to donate a minimum of $5 towards Priscilla’s Medical Fund to be entered into a VERY LARGE blog candy giveaway.  You can read more about My Blog Candy for a Cause HERE.

I just received another coupon from Ellen Hutson in the mail. I thought I pass it along…..just in case one of you needs something from her store. Hey…and no, I am not the devil (okay….I love SNL, and I am think it was in a SNL sketch where they kept saying “You are the devil”. You don’t have to buy….just want to make it a little cheaper for you if you do.)

I had a wonderful time in Orlando. It was wonderful to hang out with Daven, Jenn and Lori. I had a blast at the SCS booth. We met so many fellow SCS members. I met the Unity gang, Meridith and Tricia from Lizzie Anne, Kim and a lot of her MFT design team and Taylor for the very first time. I saw Cami, Joy, Marianne Walker, Becca Feeken, Faith Hofrichter and so many other wonderful crafter again……Let’s just say it was amazing!

We took this picture on Saturday. On the first day of the Super Show we dressed in Green, the second one in orange. I miss them already!

I am so excited! Today I am flying to Orlando to go to the CHA! I will be there around noon and hopefully get to walk the booths and meet, hang out and chat with lots of people!!!!

Then Friday and Saturday I will be at SCS’s booth. It’s the first time that we have a booth at the CHA! I can’t wait. This will be so much fun. If you are coming , make sure to come by. Check this forum thread for more information on the make and takes that you can make.
